The breath is linked to each and every system and function of the human body and how we breathe is a reflection of our internal state. Developing the skill to control our respiration is the key to unlocking our full potential. What was once regarded as pseudo-science and used solely by monks, yogis and mystics for spiritual purposes, today with the ever-growing body of research behind breathing, it’s modern-day utilisation has extended to the upper echelons of the world’s top performers including Navy SEALs, Firefighters, Olympians, Martial Artists, Biohackers, Silicon Valley execs and Hollywood.
Brian is a breathwork specialist originally from Australia and now based in Hong Kong. Brian discovered the practice of breathwork by chance during his own journey to resolve physical and mental health challenges in particularly anxiety and depression. Brian began his training with Wim “Iceman” Hof, best known for his superhuman abilities, 26 world records all in extreme conditions and proving the human body’s ability to control their own immune response through his method.
After several training camps with Wim, Brian went on to become the first certified instructor of the Wim Hof Method in Australia and Asia (2017). Brian has continued to deepen his knowledge and practice in the field of breathwork and stress adaption studying with modern day masters including Patrick McKeown (Oxygen Advantage), Stig Severinsen (4x World’s Greatest Free Diver), Laird Hamilton (XPT, Greatest Big Wave Surfer), Kasper Van Der Meulen (Biohack Breathwork) and Dan Brulé (Rebirthing. Breathing coach to Tony Robbins and Navy SEALs). Brian’s mission is to help spread the importance and benefits of optimal conscious breathing to Hong Kong and the rest of Asia.
Brian’s methods are a unique fusion of all of his learnings’, taking a full spectrum approach to stress adaption and Breathwork by integrating modern science with time tested ancestral breathing protocols in a customised personal session and program for your optimal development.
