Jodi provides skilled treatment for a wide range of health conditions from postural and musculoskeletal issues to pregnancy-related issues, and more systemic health concerns such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, gastro-oesophageal reflux (heartburn), constipation, fatigue from various causes including glandular fever and mononucleosis, post-surgery scar adhesions, menstrual pain, and migraine headaches.
With more than 15 years of clinical experience, Jodi’s methodology encompasses the physical, emotional, and nutritional aspects of a pain pattern and her personal approach is to both treat the ‘problem’ and address the causal factors in order to enable patients to independently recover and maintain a state of pain-free health. When necessary, she works with other therapists and modalities in order to achieve this.
Jodi selects and tailors her treatment for each individual from a full range of osteopathic techniques including cranial, visceral, and myofascial release techniques and manipulation.
She is also trained in Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), a type of kinesiology, which she uses as a complement to osteopathic treatment.
