Growing up in South America, Karina was familiar with alternative medicine from a very young age as her Brazilian/Bolivian background exposed her to different methods of healing passed around in her community through generations.
An old back injury introduced her to EFT in 2004 and the positive results dealing with chronic pain reignited her curiosity and passion for wholesome and integrative methods of healing. She became a Reiki Master, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner among other techniques and has completely changed her career path from the corporate world to the field of energy medicine.
Living in Hong Kong for 20 years and as a mother of 3, Karina is well aware of the stresses and pressures that life in this city represents.
Karina will help you identify the triggers and underline emotions and experiences that may be affecting your performance and your general wellbeing. These are often hidden in pain, traumas, and limiting beliefs. She will work with you to release those energy blocks and restore balance in your physical, mental and emotional body and self.
